The Second Cycle: Getting away from it all

Welcome to The Second Cycle

14 years ago I crashed my mountain bike, and it has sat in its fragmented state, slowly decaying at the back of garage ever since...

... until now that is!

My plan is to re-build the bike, get back on it, ride - and talk about what has changed about biking in my 14 years away from pedal power.

I am a new convert to blogging, and my grand plan is to keep the blog mainly as something for me to look back on - but I hope as I get more into riding, some of my views (and some of the stuff I find online) may be of interest to other cyclists and road users.
